Hey there! Welcome to Only Fans Insider! We’re excited to have you here. For our readers who might not know you yet, can you tell us a little about yourself and the business you’ve built in the OnlyFans world?
I'm Dr. K from ProDx Health - yes, I'm actually an infectious disease doctor and have been working in sexual wellness for years now, removing barriers to testing. At ProDx, we've built the new Pro13, the only PASS-certified at home test kit in the industry. It's cheaper than most options, faster than most and, yep, you can do it from the comfort of your home. It's a no-brainer for all OnlyFans creators, especially those who don't live next door to a testing center. I know it sounds a little crazy - collecting your own blood and stuff at home, but once you've tried it, you'll agree with lots of other performers that doing it at home can be super simple. Plus we've layered in all kinds of security and authentication steps (our MoFi clearance) to make sure that everyone is submitting their own samples. In the end we've created a process that frees up OnlyFans creators to focus on what they're doing next rather than spending a ton of time and worry on testing.
Tell us the origin story—how did your content or business journey begin on OnlyFans?
From early work in sexual health and with today's 20-year high rates of these nasty bugs, as an infectious disease doctor, I knew there was a need for better testing across the board. COVID taught us a lot about how to better collect samples remotely and work with people remotely for testing. With our scientific nerd work at our back, we saw a huge need to help promote standards and access to testing across the industry especially with OnlyFans creators increasingly working independently from studios. People don't necessarily like to test but we saw that as an opportunity to bring in some fun and make things easier for what is quite literally a pain point for OnlyFans creators. A pain in the arm... a pain in the *#@! When we realized that we could physically reduce/eliminate that pain AND make the rest of testing simpler while providing a community service, it was a no brainer. Other things we learned a lot about during COVID are authentication and data sharing and we're now bringing those to creators by securing sample authenticity with our MoFi IDs for creators and enabling group and individual sharing of results. What makes you passionate about the work you do in the OnlyFans world?
There are so many people out there who aren't sure about testing: how to test, where to test, what to test, the cost, and what the industry expects. We are driven to bring down as many of those barriers as we can: cost, stigma, access, convenience. With the explosion of OnlyFans independent creators, the need for better testing options is only increasing - we are all about supporting creators at home. The appreciation that we get especially from more remote performers is just amazing and keeps us driving forward. The needs are everywhere and it's amazing to see the pick up of how we are helping the communities in the hotspots of LA, Vegas, and Miami and all the way to folks in little towns you've never heard of with the neighbor/friend who no one expected is in the top 100 on OnlyFans! It's been amazing to see the map fill in - we've tested in all 50 states now including Hawaii and Alaska! We love helping people to take better care of themselves.
Tell us something quirky, funny, or totally unexpected about your business journey so far!
One of our funniest moments recently was during a Pro13 Televisit with a client. This particular client plays the role of a doctor on screen and he decided to do his Televisit with us in his "office". Talk about turning the tables! It was a little odd at first, but we all had fun with it. I've seen a lot over the years as a practicing doctor and definitely wasn't expecting that one!

Where do you think the OnlyFans business landscape is heading in the next few years?
I see OnlyFans and the independent creator market continuing to explode over the coming years. OnlyFans creators are thinking outside the box and generating more original content than ever before. We're scaling to keep ahead of those needs as the industry grows. Studios are rethinking their strategies as well and working more closely with OnlyFans creators, which for us means people need more ways to test and better ways to share information.

So I just recently launched a web and mobile platform called CollabGPS - which has been a passion project of mine. I've been a part of the adult industry for going on 25 years now (in the background, doing video editing, content management - that sort of thing) and really saw how the industry has changed and evolved over all that time.
