Welcome! You’ve built something really interesting in this space. Start us off by telling our readers what your business is all about and how you fit into the OF world.

Thank you so much for having me; it's a pleasure to be here.

My name is Justin Prosser, and I'm the founder and CEO of iQue iCons. Just call me 'Pross'. I've been called that from about age 5. We're a boutique content and talent management agency that supports creators on platforms like OnlyFans. We help our models grow their personal brand, connect deeply with their audience, and turn their content into a real business.

Before this, I spent 15 years in the Australian Defence Force. After leaving the military, I transitioned into consulting, primarily within the Defence portfolio, working on a range of projects including capability delivery, organisational change, and digital transformation. That experience provided me with a strong foundation in leadership, systems, and scaling operations, which I've now applied to the creator economy.

At iQue iCons, we've built a close-knit, multicultural team; some of us are based in Australia, others offshore, and we work together around the clock to support our creators. What sets us apart is that we don't just manage accounts, we become strategic partners in our creators' long-term success. We handle content planning, audience growth, branding, fan messaging, and more.

We also lean heavily into innovation, especially with AI. We run AI-driven models in parallel with our human creators, using automation to support messaging, engagement, and scale. We've even started licensing and selling fully built AI models for brands and creators who want high-performance digital versions of themselves or custom personalities. It's a new frontier, and we're all in.

Our website showcases a selection of our services, including account audits, content creation, photography, growth strategies, and more. We're here to help creators grow confidently, increase their income, and run their brand like a business, because that's precisely what it is.

Tell us the origin story—how did your content or business journey begin on OnlyFans?

It’s been a bit of a journey, to be honest. I’ve always had that entrepreneurial spark. I used to run a business with my ex-wife, and although that chapter eventually closed, the drive to build something of my own never left. After leaving the Australian Defence Force, I transitioned into consulting, working on some significant Defence programs. However, even then, I knew I wasn’t built to sit behind a desk for the next 20 years, just being another cog in the machine. I needed something that was mine.

The lightbulb moment came when I stumbled across an ad on social media about creator management. I hadn’t paid much attention to that world before, but something about it stuck with me. I started thinking... what if I could take everything I know leadership, systems, and structure and use it to build something that actually helps people grow?

So I went deep. I reached out, had open and honest conversations with people already in the space; creators, agency owners, and folks working behind the scenes. I didn’t want to jump in half-baked. I wanted to understand the platforms, the pain points, the unspoken rules, and the opportunities that existed within them. What I saw was clear: incredible creators were doing the hard yards, but most of them were doing it solo. No support. No systems. Just hustle.

And that’s where I knew I could bring value. I’ve led teams under pressure, scaled operations, and built entire systems from scratch, and that’s precisely what creators need if they want to grow long-term. So, iQue iCons was born.

From day one, it’s been about more than just “management.” We focus on real mentorship, innovative strategy, and helping our creators turn what might start as a side hustle into a serious brand with a serious income.
Now, we’ve grown into a full team, with a fantastic back-end support crew and some of the most genuine, hardworking front-facing account managers you could ever meet. I made the conscious decision to build the agency around strong, capable women because I wanted our creators, especially the women we represent, to feel supported, understood, and never intimidated. We bring structure, but we also bring warmth.

And we’re not afraid to innovate. We manage both human creators and AI-powered digital models, utilising automation to scale without compromising the personal touch. Whether it’s messaging, marketing, or content planning, we’ve created a system that works.

Watching our creators gain confidence, claim their financial freedom, and build something they’re proud of? That’s the win. That’s what drives us every day.

At the end of the day, I’m still doing what I’ve always done, thinking about the bigger picture, looking after the team, and helping people grow into the best version of themselves. Just not in camo anymore… now I wear a suit.

What keeps you motivated to innovate and grow your business within this ecosystem?

What really keeps me going is the combination of purpose and possibility. I’ve always believed that when you help others succeed, success naturally comes back to you. In business, and in life, you don’t rise by pushing others down; you rise by lifting others up.

The truth is, a lot of people want to create something that’s theirs. That dream of ownership, of building something from the ground up, is powerful, but it can also be confronting. I’ve been there myself. It’s vulnerable, it's personal, and at times, it can feel overwhelming. That’s why we exist. If we can help someone develop their own brand, build their confidence, and turn a side hustle into something tangible and sustainable, then I’m happy. That’s the win.

At iQue iCons, we’re constantly evolving, not just for the sake of growth, but because the world is changing fast. Business is becoming more digital by the day. AI is transforming industries. If we don’t lean into that shift, we, and our creators, will get left behind. And that’s something I’m not okay with. Our role is to stay ahead of the curve, so our models don’t have to worry about the tech, trends, or strategy; they can just focus on being their best selves.

We’ve also built an internal culture that reflects those same values. Our team has access to professional development programs, market insights, and innovation sessions, so they’re always learning and growing too. We don’t just manage people, we invest in them. We’ve created an environment that’s collaborative, inclusive, and supportive. Everyone has a voice, and that mindset flows directly into how we work with our models. It’s not top-down, it’s side-by-side.

There’s a quote I love: “The best way to predict the future is to create it,” attributed to Peter Drucker, a renowned management consultant, educator, and author who’s often considered the father of modern business management. That’s precisely what we do, for ourselves, for our team, and for every creator we support. We’re not her to be just another business, we’re building people, platforms, and freedom. That’s what drives me every day.

Every business has its little secrets—what’s one of yours that would surprise your audience?

One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned, and what might surprise people, is that the first idea usually isn’t 100% the right one. And that’s okay. That’s not failure; it’s growth, and that's just business.

We approach every new model, every campaign, and every strategy with a test-and-refine mindset. We’ve launched pages that didn’t take off at first. We’ve had creators try a specific niche, style, or persona that just didn’t connect. But instead of treating that as a dead end, we dig into the data, get creative, and pivot fast. Sometimes, the shift is as simple as changing how a creator presents themselves. Other times, we overhaul their content approach completely. And more often than not, that’s when the growth kicks in.

Even major corporations face this. Look at Blockbuster; they had the market, but refused to pivot when streaming came along. Kodak invented the digital camera but buried it to protect their film business. Both could’ve led the next wave, but fear of change killed their momentum. It’s a warning for all of us: if we don’t modernise with the market, we get left behind.

That’s why we build our agency and support our models with flexibility at the core. AI is scaling faster than anyone imagined. Digital marketing moves week to week. Platforms are changing their algorithms, guidelines, and monetisation rules constantly. We embrace that. We train our team internally with ongoing professional development, we listen to our creators, and we push each other to evolve with the industry, not chase it from behind.

And we remind our creators that the work they’re doing isn’t just content, it’s a business. It’s a brand. It’s a long game. The world will keep shifting, but if you find something you enjoy, stay engaged with your audience, and commit to evolving, the rewards will come.
That’s our secret: don’t chase perfection, chase progress.

Do you think the business side of OnlyFans is changing? If so, how are you adapting or leading the charge?

Absolutely, it’s shifting fast. And, if you’re not paying attention to that, you’re already behind.

OnlyFans was once seen as just an adult content platform, but that’s changing. We’re seeing creators from fitness, comedy, coaching, lifestyle, and more starting to realise the value in direct-to-fan content. At the same time, new platforms are launching, AI tools are scaling up, and fans are expecting a lot more than just a couple of photos and a message.

From a business standpoint, it’s akin to the early days of YouTube or Instagram; those who evolve with the space win. The ones who don’t? They end up like Blockbuster or Kodak. It sounds dramatic, but it’s real. Even some creators who were thriving 18 months ago are now scrambling because they didn’t adapt.

You can obviously tell we have identified the trend and made it a priority to stay ahead of the curve. For example, we had a creator who came to us burnt out from daily manual posting and struggling with engagement. Within a month, we adjusted her strategy, developed a batch content plan, implemented automated messaging flows, and refined her profile in line with market trends. Not only did her revenue increase by 40% in the first quarter with us, but she also regained her time. That’s huge!

We also manage AI-based digital models now. These aren’t just gimmicks, they’re part of the future. For clients who want to scale, diversify, or create engagement funnels that work 24/7, it’s a game-changer. However, even with AI, we never lose sight of the human side. Every message, every post still has emotional intelligence behind it, because fans are smart, they know when something feels soulless.

Internally, we don’t just expect our team to keep up; we invest in helping them do it. As mentioned earlier, we run regular professional development and trend sessions. Everyone, from our account managers to our creative strategists, contributes ideas, including me. We’ve built a culture where collaboration and evolution are core, because what works today won’t necessarily work tomorrow.

We tell our creators the same thing: you don’t have to get it perfect on the first go. What matters is that you continue to learn, test, and refine your approach. One creator we work with completely changed her niche, from general content to highly targeted role-play content, and her fan base exploded. Why? Because we studied the data, listened to her audience, and weren’t afraid to try something new.

At the end of the day, you can't rely on the past trends or comments like "the sex industry is the oldest industry in the world," which is a cop-out. This space is moving. Fast. And if we don’t keep moving, too, our creators suffer. That’s what drives us; we’re here to help them build something that lasts. Something they own. Something they’re proud of.

So yeah, the game is changing. And we’re not just trying to keep up, we’re making sure our creators are leading from the front.

We’ve loved hearing your story—what’s the best way for people to follow your updates, content, or business growth?

Why Finding the Right OnlyFans Agency Is Broken — and How iModelly Is Fixing It

Featuring: Felix Cozmolici

iModelly is a private matching platform that connects adult creators with vetted management agencies. We’re not an OnlyFans management agency ourselves, which is an important distinction. A creator tells us what they’re looking for, where they are in their journey, what kind of support they need and what matters to them in a management relationship. We then try to connect them with agencies that actually fit those requirements. Creators don’t pay iModelly for the service. The idea is simply to make finding management less random, more transparent and more creator-focused.

The Science of Pleasure: Why Stress Changes Sexual Desire

Featuring: Hannah Townsend

I'm Hannah Townsend, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Erotic Blueprint Coach, and the founder of PLSRXO ÍNTIMA. My work sits at the intersection of mental health, sexuality, and building the capacity to create the life you want. I help ambitious professionals and entrepreneurs better understand themselves through their nervous systems, relationships, and intimate lives. One of the biggest misconceptions I see is that people separate stress from sexuality. In reality, they're deeply connected. The same neurochemicals that influence motivation, pleasure, bonding, and relaxation also shape our intimate experiences. That's why my work isn't just about intimacy—it's about helping people understand what their bodies are communicating through their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sexual experiences. Whether I'm working with therapy clients, coaching professionals, teaching workshops, or writing educational articles, my goal is always the same: to reduce shame, increase self-understanding, and help people build the capacity to experience more connection, pleasure, and fulfillment in every area of their lives. I love supporting creators and entrepreneurs because they're often navigating performance, visibility, intimacy, and burnout all at once, and those experiences deserve thoughtful conversations about mental health and sexuality.

A new kind of marketplace is now live…

Featuring: Lucy

DirtyKnickers.com is a new kind of marketplace built around worn clothing, anonymous connections, and discreet selling. The idea was to create a space where sellers can offer something more personal than a traditional product, while giving buyers a private and straightforward way to explore the marketplace. The platform gives creators another way to monetise their brand and personality through physical items, photos, videos, and personalised experiences. Sellers have more control over what they offer, how they present themselves, and how they manage their shop. Privacy and discretion are a big part of how the marketplace has been designed. That extends from the buying and selling experience through to discreet delivery options intended to maintain anonymity between sellers and their customers. DirtyKnickers.com also brings physical products and digital content together in one marketplace. Sellers can list clothing alongside their photos and videos, giving them more flexibility in how they build their shop, showcase what they offer, and generate additional income from their audience. To help establish the marketplace, DirtyKnickers.com is currently inviting Founding Sellers to create their shops and begin adding listings ahead of the wider launch. Founding Sellers receive a discounted 15% commission rate through the end of 2026, priority visibility at launch with a Founders tag, and their own shop where they can set their prices. Sellers can choose between Buy It Now and Auction listings, giving them different ways to price and sell their products. The platform also offers assistance with setting up a shop for anyone who needs it, although the process has been designed to be quick and straightforward. Founding Sellers are encouraged to launch with a strong selection of products so buyers have plenty to discover from day one. DirtyKnickers.com has also created a video guide that walks sellers through the process of setting up their shop and adding their first listings. Ultimately, DirtyKnickers.com is designed to create a trusted and straightforward marketplace for a community that has traditionally had limited options. For creators, it represents another opportunity to turn an existing audience and personal brand into a new source of revenue, while maintaining greater control over how they sell and connect with customers.
