Welcome! You’ve built something really interesting in this space. Start us off by telling our readers what your business is all about and how you fit into the OF world.
Thank you for having me! I’m a strategic growth consultant for the spicy creator economy. Through my company, Kotti Konsulting, I help platforms, creators, and investors launch, scale, and position themselves in some of the most regulated — yet most profitable — vice markets online.
Most of my clients either work directly with OnlyFans, compete with them, or build on top of the OF ecosystem through the creators they collaborate with. These ties make the platform and its culture an integral part of almost every strategy we develop.
In this world, I help brands and platforms earn the trust of creators, build compliance-proof growth strategies, and turn bold ideas into sustainable businesses.
We’re always curious—was your business a planned venture, or did it evolve naturally over time?
It was not fully planned — but it also wasn’t pure coincidence.
I started out working as a model while studying computer science, which gave me an early understanding of both the creative and technical sides of digital industries.
Later, I founded my first startup with investor backing, and over time that venture gradually transitioned into the spicy creator economy. What started as a few strategic calls grew into an international network and consulting business that now touches everything from creator onboarding to fundraising and PR.

Why do you love being a part of this industry, whether on the creator or business side?
Because it’s one of the only industries in the world — alongside modeling — where women consistently earn more than men. That alone says a lot about how boldly this space challenges both technological and societal norms.
What fascinates me is how creators and platforms combine these challenges with smart, undeniable business models: they build revenue machines that are not only effective, but also reshape lifestyles, redefine relationships, and change mindsets along the way.
This industry pushes society forward — around pleasure, freedom, and ownership — in ways few others dare to.
What’s a fun or surprising fact about your business that most people wouldn’t know?
Kotti is not just the name of my company — it’s a real place in Berlin.
Kottbusser Tor, or “Kotti,” is one of the most international, culturally challenging, and wild corners of my hometown — a city that might be one of the most sexually liberal in the world.
It’s where everything started: our very first (home) office was there. The spirit of Kotti — open, bold, and unapologetically diverse — still shapes how I work in this industry today.

Are there any trends you’re watching closely or preparing for in your business strategy?
Probably not surprising: AI is the biggest driver. In the spicy creator economy, AI-powered chatting and image generation are already strong. Video will be the next frontier — and after that, I believe we’ll see a major shift toward licensing.
Creators will work less in front of the camera and more on owning and licensing their digital rights. Just like athletes monetize image rights, creators will earn from their likeness long after they stop producing new content.
Thank you so much for taking the time to sit down with us today! Before we let you go, where can people learn more about your business and follow your journey?
Thank you for having me! I share regular insights on my LinkedIn about the latest trends, client success stories, and market moves in the spicy creator economy.
For investors who want to catch the hottest deals before they hit the mainstream, we also run an exclusive newsletter at www.kottikonsulting.com. That’s where the real stories — and opportunities — land first.
