Thanks for sitting down with us! Before we get into your business insights, let’s start with the basics—who are you and what kind of work do you do in the OnlyFans space?
Hi there! I’m Lina, co-founder and Head of Customer Success at SheX Agency. In simple terms we’re the behind-the-scenes team that lets ambitious OnlyFans creators sleep, travel and live while their accounts keep earning. Tell us the origin story—how did your content or business journey begin on OnlyFans?
Sure! So, I started as a creator myself. Back in 2021, I was already earning a full-time income on OnlyFans. But honestly? I was burning out. I’d be up all night on my laptop chatting, posting, doing all the promo. It felt like if I took even one night off, the money would stop. That dream life everyone talks about on OnlyFans? I didn’t have time for it.
Like a lot of girls, I tried working with agencies. Huge mistake. The chats were soulless, the contracts were full of traps, and the results were… let’s just say disappointing. After one particularly bad experience, I said: Never again.
But then I got this one DM. I almost ignored it, but something about the tone felt different - more real, more transparent. It was from two guys, Paul and Marvin, who already had experience in the space. We hopped on a call, and right away it clicked. They actually understood what creators go through. I brought in Richard, my trusted chatter who was already helping me on the side, and that’s how SheX was born.
We built it from scratch - just the four of us - with one clear mission: to create the agency I wish I’d had from the beginning. One that’s fair, professional, and actually helps creators grow. Within three months of launching, we helped over 10 creators double their earnings with less effort. Today, SheX works with over 250 creators, manages five platforms, and we’re known for things like 24/7 leak protection and human-led fan chat that actually feels authentic.
Looking back, it all started because I was willing to try one more time. And I’m so glad I did.

What keeps you motivated to innovate and grow your business within this ecosystem?
What keeps me going? Honestly - the girls.
I know exactly how exhausting this business can be when you’re doing it all alone. I’ve been there: chatting all night, stressing over shadowbans, trying to ride the next viral trend, and figuring out taxes on top of it all. It’s overwhelming.

What’s a fun or surprising fact about your business that most people wouldn’t know?
Okay, fun fact first: Over the years, I’ve collected more than 300 lingerie pieces and matching sets. It kind of became an obsession - but hey, it's part of the job, right?
But seriously, here’s something surprising about SheX: most people get our name totally wrong, even though it’s actually super simple.
SheX stands for “She Exclusive.” It’s a reminder that she - the creator - is always front and center. Backed by exclusive content, exclusive strategies, exclusive support and a team that sees her as more than just an account.
The name captures our whole philosophy: this business isn’t about mass management. It’s about building something unique around each woman. Because in a sea of sameness, exclusivity is what makes you unforgettable.

Are there any trends you’re watching closely or preparing for in your business strategy?
Absolutely - AI is the big one we’re watching right now, both in chatting and content creation.
On the chatting side, AI can help pre-write messages by remembering every little detail about a fan - from their dog’s name to their birthday. That alone saves creators hours. On the content side, we’re starting to see AI-generated visuals that look incredibly realistic. Some of our creators already use it to reduce how much new content they need to shoot, which is a huge time-saver.
But - and this is important - we’re not there yet for the mass market. Most AI chatbots still sound robotic, and AI content can feel off if you don’t know what you’re doing. Fans are quick to notice. That’s why at SheX, we’re not just jumping on the trend - we’re building the tech ourselves. Our internal developer team is working every day to improve AI tools so they’re actually usable, safe, and authentic.
We want our creators to be first in line when this tech really works - without compromising their brand or fan trust.
