We’re excited to finally have you here. Before we dive in, can you introduce yourself to our readers and walk us through the type of content you create and the audience you connect with most?
I am Mandy Spears, and I am returning to the adult entertainment industry after a 10 year hiatus. I was formerly known as Lady Monroe then, I mostly did solo and girl girl studio scenes, did webcam modeling, and danced at strip clubs in the greater Los Angeles area. I have decided to make a comeback and rebrand myself, especially with how different the industry is now compared to years ago.
I really wanted to do things smarter and bigger this time around, I signed with Nexxxt Level Talent agency in August of 2025. And I just recently hired on Giovanni and Jiggy with The Industry PR as of April 2026.
I am on multiple platforms for content such as OnlyFans as well as a few others, and am currently working on my own site hoping to launch soon.
Most of the content I create is mostly centered around real people just having real sexual experiences. I do love to also sprinkle in some more artistic and creative pieces as well to keep things interesting. I am a very creative person as well as a very sexual person so this realm of the adult industry is a great outlet for me.
I connect best with audiences who want to build a real connection with me and want to follow me on this journey in the adult entertainment industry.
Take us back to the beginning. How did you first get started as a creator, and what initially pulled you toward the type of content you make today?
During my 10 year hiatus away from the industry, I took time to focus on my vanilla career as a hairdresser, and now as of recently this last fall a barber. Over the last few years of building my clientele in the salon I have held part time retail jobs, but I became supremely bored and wasn't making enough. I also was kind of longing for the freedom and camaraderie of the adult business and decided I would come back at least part time. Since coming back to the industry there was a lot I had to learn from friends and friends of friends about the content creation side of things, cause 10 years ago that wasn't a thing. I like to showcase real authentic experiences and I prefer to showcase real chemistry. That initially is what leads me to work with certain creators and usually the type of content will vary based on the creator I am working with. I love providing a decent variety to my fans and I am willing to work with a variety of creators as long as they are respectful and professional.

What do you think most people misunderstand about what it really takes to build and sustain your type of content and audience?
I think most people not in the industry have no idea how much work we creators put into this. There is A LOT that goes on behind the scenes that the fans don't see. That goes with both professional studio productions and smaller content creators online. Between the logistics of planning shoots and collaborations, purchasing props/toys/outfits/testing, shooting content, editing content, shooting and editing promos, marketing and promoting content and sites, maintaining content platforms and social media, answering fan messages and filming custom orders for fans, and the list could go on to the point that it practically becomes a full time job. But the catch is most don't make immediate cash in the beginning either, it takes most content creators in the business time to build up an audience and following that is regularly supporting their content. It's not the get rich quick scheme most think it is. It takes a lot of effort and hard work to build something from the ground up in especially a saturated market.
What are you most excited about as this next chapter unfolds, and what do you hope fans take away from it?
I am really excited to make new friends and connections in this business and to just have fun and enjoy myself on this ride. I am hoping to take the mainstream porn world by storm and be able to produce amazing content and collaborate with amazing people in the industry for my fans, old and new, to enjoy. I've already got a lot of exciting stuff coming out this year that I know my fans will love and I can't wait to share it with them.

What’s a moment from your journey that felt small at the time but ended up being a turning point?
What stands out to me most is when I met and became friends with Ellis Camino at AVN Expo & Awards in January 2026. Since meeting him we have shot an awesome collaboration for his Pink for Ink series. I've also been invited to work on his big movie project "Mr. Pink" which has a pretty impressive cast that I am honored to work with. He has also referred me to an amazing PR team with Giovanni and Jiggy of The Industry PR company. I am forever grateful to them, they really put in work for their clients and make big things happen. I've barely signed with them and they've already gotten me some pretty significant gigs in the industry that may just catapult my career big time. I am excited to see what's in store for me going forward in this industry.
