Kylie, thank you for taking the time to sit with us and share such a personal part of your story. Before we get into your upcoming 10-year anniversary, could you introduce yourself to our readers and tell us a little about who you are today and the kind of content you currently create?

Hi , Good to be with you! My name is Kylie DeVille. I have been modelling for 20 years. I started creating spicy content about 15 years ago. I currently create erotic solo content, and some sexy shenanigans with my male partner. My passion is pinup modelling, which I would like to start transitioning to in the next couple of years if I can achieve success in that arena, both financially and artistically. Think Gil Elvgren style, with both vintage and modern sexy outfits, implied nude, and full nude.

You’re approaching ten years since your breast cancer diagnosis and mastectomy, which is an incredibly significant milestone. When you look back at the person you were going into that experience and the person you are today, what has changed most about the way you see yourself, your body, and your life?

I definitely stopped taking my health for granted! With a diagnosis at only 46 years old it shook me. It truly makes you realize how fragile life can be, and how it is not guaranteed. At 56 years old I am grateful for my body and how she has carried my brain and my soul for all of these years. I give myself more grace. I am still learning to accept myself, and my body, it is an ongoing process. Especially when you throw aging into the mix! But, honestly when people in the collective internet-verse say things to me like "you're old!", I think thank goodness!

There’s the medical experience of going through cancer, but then there’s everything that happens emotionally and personally afterward. What do you wish more people understood about the years after treatment—the parts of recovery, identity, confidence, or simply learning to live differently that people don’t always see?

There is a lot to unpack on those levels. I was diagnosed early, and was given options of a lumpectomy with radiation, or mastectomy. The cancer was smattered throughout my breast like little bits of glitter. If I went with lumpectomy I would have been left with Swiss cheese. Given that and the fact that I had lost my beloved Mother to the breast cancer beast when I was 30 years old, I chose skin and nipple sparing bi-lateral mastectomy. That means take them both. Just take them. Due to possible vascular compromise in this procedure, I was told waking up with nipples was not a guarantee. That was a lot to swallow. Thankfully I was blessed to have an incredible medical team who worked their darndest to make it happen. They were saved. (and they're glorious!)

On a personal level, it took me more than a month to be able to look at myself in the mirror after, never mind anyone else seeing. I was scared. So you can imagine getting back to modelling at all was a long road. Most times a bilateral mastectomy is not a one and done. I had 4 reconstruction surgeries afterward. The last one being in 2023. Still living with cysts that have developed from a fat transfer procedure that didn't work as intended, the C word is always in the back of my mind when I notice and feel these cysts in both of my "breasts". I have been advised it is safer to leave them where they are with monitoring rather than undergo another surgery on delicate skin. Some things I want people to know, having a mastectomy and consequential reconstruction using breast implants is NOT a "free boob job". There is nothing in there anymore except the implant, and in my case just enough vascular pathways in my skin to support the nipple. I have no feeling anymore, and they are fragile. There is no nipple piercing or things of that nature.

After 10 years I now 100% embrace my boobs. Or "foobs", how some survivors jokingly refer to them.

Your work puts you in an industry where appearance, confidence, sexuality, and self-expression can all become very public. How has your experience with breast cancer and a mastectomy influenced your relationship with creating content, being photographed, and deciding how you want to present yourself to the world?

Indeed! I am going to be completely honest, there was an extra level of raw that went along with it because of that. Besides going through a type of trauma, there is also the added struggle of other people's expression about what I was going through. It was more than a year and a half after the initial surgery/treatment that I worked up the courage to start creating again. I had been honest all along with my fans and photographers I had worked with in the past. Sharing in general terms with them what was happening with me. I wore bras for quite sometime while creating, and did not remove them. Adding to things, I had a couple of photographers that no longer wanted to work with me. I also got a few some extremely cruel comments through social media and even email. I was stunned, but I am not one to give up. I definitely needed the love and support of my family through all of it, and I am grateful for it. Thankfully, also I still had people wanting to follow what I was now creating!

Ten years gives you a perspective that someone newly facing cancer simply cannot have yet. If you could sit beside the version of Kylie who was just beginning this journey, knowing everything you know now, what would you want to tell her?

I would tell her, keep going. You are stronger than you think.

Kylie, thank you again for trusting us with your story and taking the time to sit with us. Before we let you go, what advice, encouragement, or lessons would you like to leave with our readers—especially someone navigating a major change in their own life—and where can people follow along with your journey and support what you’re creating today?

I would give your readers same advice as what I would have told myself above. "Keep going. You are stronger than you think."

Solo Creators (Female)

Authentic is Sexy: Lauren Lotus in Full Bloom

Featuring: @KylieDeVille

First of all, thank you so much for having me. It's truly an honor to be featured. I'm Lauren Lotus, and my brand is built around one simple philosophy: Beauty, Brains & Bonds. Beauty is about embracing confidence and femininity. Brains represent growth, ambition, authenticity, and always striving to become the best version of myself. Bonds are the genuine relationships I build with my audience every single day. I create premium lifestyle, fitness, glamour, and exclusive content with a playful Barbie-inspired twist, but my brand goes far beyond that. I'm passionate about well-being, self-care, mental wellness, and personal growth because I truly believe confidence starts from within. Alongside that, I love creating dating and relationship comedy, relatable humor, and entertaining content that makes people laugh, think, and say, "That is so true!" I enjoy showing both my playful, flirty side and my authentic everyday life. The creator world today isn't just about creating content; it's about creating connection. My audience isn't simply watching me; they're growing, laughing, and experiencing life with me. I'm an interactive creator who keeps people on their toes. One day we're talking about self-care and mindset, the next we're laughing about modern dating, and the next we're sharing exclusive behind-the-scenes moments. That unpredictability is part of what makes my brand so engaging. My journey has been one of resilience, reinvention, and self-discovery. I've turned my passion into a full-time career by staying true to who I am, and that's something I'll never compromise. Authenticity has always been my greatest strength.

Exclusive Interview; Kasey Kei On The Holly Randall Show!

Featuring: @KylieDeVille

Hi! I’m Kasey Kei, multi award winning trans pornstar! I’d describe myself as a down to earth geeky Asian girl with a flair for making spicy content. How did I get started with all of this? So about 7 years during a low time in my life. I took a jump and transitioned. Having transitioned my life felt like a reset. That reset catapulted the decision to do adult work and here I am now!

Intoxicating Kasey Kei now out on ‘And Now We Drink!

Featuring: @KylieDeVille

Hi! Well I’m Kasey Kei. A multi award winning trans pornstar. My start to pornhood goes back 7 years. I’ve always lowkey idolized doing porn. I was an avid porn consumer. But I never felt like I was cut out to be a pornstar. I couldn’t imagine myself being vulnerable being naked on camera none the less fucking on camera. That all changed when I transitioned at the age of 22. I embraced my sexuality with my newfound gender and took porn by storm.
