Kasey, it feels like we just met! When we spoke in September about your appearance on The Holly Randall Show, you told me interviews have become a way to let fans see more of who Kasey Kei is behind the content. Now, just a month later, you’re back as our October 2026 Cover Model of the Month, so congratulations! Last time you introduced yourself as a “down-to-earth geeky Asian girl with a flair for making spicy content.” For someone meeting you through this cover, give me the next layer of that introduction. Who is Kasey when the cameras are off, what does life look like for you right now, and what are you most excited about heading into October?
Thank you! It’s such an honor to be your October cover model of the month!
Now, who is Kasey? It’s so funny because whenever someone asks me to describe myself or my life, my first thought is ordinary. When the cameras are off, I really do think my life is like most people's. I’m binge-watching horror movies. I’m playing One Piece at the local card shop. I’m in the grocery store grabbing ingredients for my next dinner party. I hate to come off dull, but I really am a little boring! I enjoy my peace!
But right now, life’s in a transitional stage. I’m coming off a cosmetic procedure, so I’m taking advantage of that by being unapologetically lazy! No shame, that is my guilty pleasure. I love a good couch rot. Just laze away in my nest. Nude. Cuddled up in a blanket, phone in hand. Doomscrolling the day away. Some people are hustlers. Me? I want my peace and quiet.
Coming into October, though, I’m probably most excited for my annual besties vacation! So, my BFF Khloe Kay and I have birthdays four days apart! Hers is Oct. 4th, and mine is the 8th. It’s become a tradition of ours to take an international trip every year to celebrate, and this year we’ve settled on the Bahamas! Last year it was Italy, the year before Japan. I thought we’d keep it tamer this year. Warm waters. Hot boys. Us laying out in our cute bikinis. That’s what I need for turning 31. Keep an eye out for some fun vacation photos!
Our last interview was published on September 4, so I’m curious what’s happened since we last talked. A month in this industry can sometimes feel like six months anywhere else.
What did September look like behind the scenes for you? Were there shoots, collaborations, appearances, trips, announcements, wins—or even something completely unexpected—that made it memorable? And is there anything happening in October that your fans should already have on their radar?
So I touched on this earlier, but in September I flew internationally and got a cosmetic procedure done. To be honest, my forehead and hairline have been insecurities for a long time. Finally, after a ton of research, I settled on a renowned doctor in Turkey and pulled the trigger. New hairline incoming! And honestly, getting hair transplants was so easy!
My bestie Khloe got it done with me, and we played cards for the 12-hour flight; we were in and out of Turkey in a matter of days. We looked crazy at the airport, though! Almost the stereotype, we stuck out and looked right at home with our freshly implanted hair out for the world to see in the airport. I’m so excited for everything to be grown out.
Keep an eye out for me. Kasey Kei is coming back hotter than ever!

Something you said last time really stuck with me. You described transitioning as a “reset” that ultimately gave you the courage to jump into adult entertainment. Now you’re roughly seven years into that journey, you’re a multi-award-winning performer, and you've built a name people recognize. When you look at the person who took that original leap compared with the woman sitting here today, what has this career taught you about yourself? And are there parts of success—the Page 4 pressure, business, relationships, confidence, or everyday reality—that you never could have anticipated when you started?
It’s so crazy because October is going to mark my 8-year anniversary, actually. So wild to look back on who I was and who I am now.
Kasey eight years ago was so lost. Anxious. Really kind of a kid still navigating the path to adulthood. Taking the plunge, the leap of faith. It taught me to trust myself. To not be afraid of making hard decisions.
Looking back, I was always so afraid. Afraid of failure. Not living up to my idea of how I should live. But more than a fear of failure, I was afraid of being complacent. For the years to pass me by and for me to realize I’d accomplished nothing. That I allowed fear to hold me back from any real success. I feared regret.
Looking back on my life, I think there was a lot I didn’t anticipate. I grew up poor. The thought of financial stability almost felt alien. It’s still wild to look back at the broke kid struggling to make ends meet, to me now. Not having to think about the cost of groceries when I go shopping. It might sound silly, but that’s when I knew I made it. I remember growing up, eating beef was almost a special occasion sort of thing.
Look at me now, Dad! Steaks for dinner!
You told me after the Holly Randall interview that fans responded really positively to getting that more intimate look at you. I think that's interesting because the creator economy seems to be moving increasingly toward personality and connection, not simply content. How much access to the real Kasey do you intentionally give your fans? What makes someone go from casually discovering you to becoming part of your community? And have you had any fan interactions lately—funny, touching, completely unexpected, or even surreal—that reminded you there are actual people on the other side of those views?
As realistically as I can, I love sharing my personal life with my fans! For those who follow me on Instagram. They've seen my cooking videos and my pack-ripping videos. My fans know I’m a foodie! They also know I’m a little bit of a geek and love my One Piece trading card game. I love being able to share these hobbies with my fans.
For them to see that, yeah, there is more to Kasey than just the sex appeal. I also love it when that opens the door to a dialogue! Like I love talking about cooking! One of my long-time friends started out as a fan who commented on my Twitter about my cooking. Finding joy in cooking together helped our friendship blossom. I’ve had fans comment beneath my One Piece TCG reels, and we get to talk cards! I’ll run games on the sim with them.
I love these little opportunities for us to see each other as two people who share a hobby. So, if you love to cook or you love the One Piece TCG, don’t be afraid to message me about it!
