Hey there! Welcome to Only Fans Insider! We’re excited to have you here. For our readers who might not know you yet, can you tell us a little about yourself and the business you’ve built in the OnlyFans world?
Hi! My name is Victoria Hartmann. I am the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Erotic Heritage Museum in Las Vegas. I am also a forensic sex researcher. Mostly I research and write about true crime and the psychology behind dark minds, and how sex plays a role. The academic term is paraphilia, and I look at the minds with the most severe paraphilias.
I haven't built a business within OF in the truest sense, but I did get my start as a sex worker. I was a cam girl for many years, as well as an exotic dancer and adult model when I was younger. The Museum has done quite a bit of donation drives and sponsorships of those researching sex work. We work with organizations like Cupcake Girls and have held talks on sex worker rights. We are pretty involved in the adult industry!
Was there a lightbulb moment that made you realize this was the direction you wanted to go in?
My freshman year in college. I was 27, had an 8 year old son, and wanted to pursue education. My grandmother was a teacher and so was my aunt, and I loved learning. When I took my Psyche 101 class, we got to the section on abnormal psychology that focused on sexual deviance, it was like a lightening bolt. I was hooked. Despite many possible directions life tried to take me, I have remained steadfast. That's how I found myself here, and I see no reason to change course. The Museum was accidental, but I embraced it and I am glad I did!

What drives you to keep pushing and building in this space?
That's a good question! I really don't have a word to describe the drive I have for this field of study or the work I do. Passion? Obsession? Curiosity? All of the above and then some? At this point in my career I realize I may never "figure out" why dark minds go the direction they do, but there's always a possibility I will stumble on an answer by accident. One of my scholarly friends once said "the great thing about science is you are usually wrong", and that really resonated with me. What he meant was - there is always another mystery to embark on, another journey or discovery. The search is never over, and it's exciting to remain in the unknown!
As for the Museum, I get to meet so many interesting, complex and creative people. Erotic art is a uniquely intimate expression of the artist, and can tell us so much about someone's inner workings. It's an unfiltered way to know someone beyond the social contract of behavior we all are expected to adhere to.
Got a fun fact or unexpected story from your journey that’s stuck with you?
Oh sure! I'd say the most surprising fact is that my staff and I at the Museum are pretty laid back people with pretty normal lives. We just have an very interesting job! Outside of that we all have our regular life stuff, like kids, pets and dinner with the family.

Are there any trends you’re watching closely or preparing for in your business strategy?
The adult industry has always been in flux, trying to stay ahead of tech and legislation. It's also amazingly adaptive to changing social pressures. As for the Museum, we are quiet observers of cultural trends and what people gravitate towards in their art, public expression and leisure activities.
Thank you so much for taking the time to sit down with us today! Before we let you go, where can people learn more about your business and follow your journey?
Thank you! It's been fun chatting with you! For my work personally, it's best to follow me on IG @sexnerdpod. That's probably where I post the most about what I am doing. As for the Museum, go to IG @eroticmuseumvegas. We have been doing all kinds of new collabs with other venues and artists, and we announce all of those events on our IG!
