Welcome! You’ve built something really interesting in this space. Start us off by telling our readers what your business is all about and how you fit into the OF world.

iModelly is a private matching platform that connects adult creators with vetted management agencies. We’re not an OnlyFans management agency ourselves, which is an important distinction. A creator tells us what they’re looking for, where they are in their journey, what kind of support they need and what matters to them in a management relationship. We then try to connect them with agencies that actually fit those requirements. Creators don’t pay iModelly for the service. The idea is simply to make finding management less random, more transparent and more creator-focused.

What inspired you to dive into the business side of OnlyFans? Was there something missing in the space that you wanted to solve?

What stood out to me was how fragmented the agency market had become. There are a huge number of management agencies, but if you’re a creator it can be surprisingly difficult to know who is legitimate, who is actually good at what they claim to do, and which agency is right for your specific situation.

Most creators were basically left to search Instagram, respond to cold DMs or rely on recommendations from people they barely knew. At the same time, good agencies were constantly searching for creators who actually wanted the services they offered.

That gap made the business model pretty obvious to me. Instead of becoming another agency, iModelly could sit between both sides and make the introduction process better.

What keeps you motivated to innovate and grow your business within this ecosystem?

I like businesses where solving the problem for one side also creates value for the other side. If we help a creator avoid the wrong partnership and find an agency that fits what she actually wants, that’s valuable. At the same time, the agency gets introduced to someone who is genuinely open to management instead of spending all day sending random DMs.

There’s also a lot of room for the industry to become more professional. Creators are building real businesses, and they deserve better ways to evaluate the companies asking to manage those businesses. That’s probably the part that motivates me the most.

We love the hidden gems—what’s something most people wouldn’t guess about the way your business runs or how you got started?

A lot of people initially assume iModelly is an agency because we operate so closely to the management industry. We actually made the decision not to manage creators ourselves.

That independence is kind of the whole point. If we were also selling our own management service, we would obviously have an incentive to recommend ourselves. By staying on the matching side, we can focus on the creator’s requirements and compare different options instead.

Another thing people might not expect is how much of the early growth came from simply speaking directly with creators. You learn very quickly what people actually care about when you’re having real conversations instead of only looking at industry statistics.

In your opinion, what’s next for creators, agencies, and businesses working in this space?

I think the industry is moving toward greater specialization and professionalism. It used to be enough for an agency to say, “We’ll manage your OnlyFans.” Now creators are asking much more specific questions. Who handles content strategy? Who owns the accounts and assets? How does the commission work? What happens if the relationship ends? What experience does the agency have with creators at my level?

I also think creators will become more selective. As the market matures, reputation, transparency and measurable results will matter more than aggressive recruiting.

For agencies, that means having a strong service is going to matter more than simply having a large outreach team. And for companies like iModelly, I think there’s an opportunity to make that market easier to navigate by helping the right creators and agencies find each other.

It’s been such a pleasure getting your insights—where should our readers go if they want to connect with you or explore your offerings further?

Creators can learn more or apply directly through imodelly.com. The service is free for creators, and submitting an application doesn’t obligate anyone to work with an agency.

We’re also on Instagram at @imodelly. Our goal is to keep expanding the network of management partners while maintaining the vetting standards behind the platform, so creators have more legitimate options to compare as we grow.

Pleasure, But Make It Frenshy Kitten

Featuring: MJ Frensham

I’m MJ, and I’m the founder of Frenshy Kitten, a South Australian intimate wellness brand. Frenshy Kitten started with a pretty simple idea. I wanted to create a brand where intimate wellness and pleasure could feel beautiful, fun, welcoming and completely normal. Somewhere people could explore what feels good for them, whether they’re discovering something for the first time or already know exactly what they love. We started online with our own range of intimate wellness products, but it’s become so much more than simply selling products. One of my favourite parts of what we do is actually talking to people. We hear their stories, what they love, what they wish existed, what they’re curious about, and we learn a lot from those conversations. And our customers are incredibly varied. We have women at completely different stages of life, couples exploring together, men shopping for themselves or their partners, and people from LGBTQIA+ communities who have their own experiences of pleasure and ideas about what they want from products in this space. We’re still learning all the time, and I think that’s really important. I never want Frenshy Kitten to assume we know what people want. I’d much rather ask them and listen. That’s actually shaping a lot of what we’re doing next. We’re expanding into lingerie, with inclusive sizing being really important to us, and we’re currently creating the Frenshy Kitten Studio here in South Australia. I’m incredibly excited about the Studio because it gives us the opportunity to bring what we’ve been building online into a real space, with intimate wellness, education, events and experiences, and the chance to connect with people face to face. Ultimately, I want Frenshy Kitten to be a brand where people feel comfortable talking about pleasure, exploring it and enjoying it. We definitely don’t pretend to know everything. I think listening, learning and growing alongside our customers is probably one of the most important things we can do.

SXhibition: Where Education, Entertainment and Intimacy Collide

Featuring: Belinda Gavin

Thank you so much for having me. I’m Belinda Gavin, the founder and director of SXhibition—Australia’s bold new intimacy, relationships, wellness and entertainment expo. I’ve worked across the adult entertainment, events and production industries for more than three decades, both in Australia and internationally. My background includes film and television, major expos, live entertainment, large-scale productions and some truly iconic events. From 2019 to 2024, I also led Sexpo Australia, which gave me an incredible understanding of what audiences, creators, exhibitors and industry professionals genuinely want from a modern event. SXhibition is the next generation of that experience. It’s louder, prouder, more inclusive and strongly focused on education, connection and reducing stigma. We bring together creators, performers, educators, health professionals, relationship experts and innovative brands in an exciting, welcoming environment. Our events combine live entertainment, seminars, workshops, product discovery, creator experiences, meet-and-greets and open conversations about intimacy, relationships, pleasure, sexual health and mental wellbeing. Features include our Main Stage, the SX ED education stage- sponsored by Stigma Health, Creator’s Lounge, Tantra Temple, Kinky Dungeon, interactive demonstrations, competitions and exclusive VIP experiences. For businesses and creators, SXhibition also provides a powerful platform to build visibility, connect directly with audiences, generate content, develop partnerships and grow within the industry. Ultimately, we’re not simply producing an expo—we’re creating a community and a movement. I want people to leave feeling entertained, informed, empowered and far more comfortable having honest conversations about intimacy, pleasure and wellbeing.

SPECIAL INTERVIEW

THE STIGMA ISN’T GONE. BUT SOMETHING JUST CHANGED.

Featuring: Jupiter Jetson, Marc Ellis and Maxine Doogan

JJ: I’m Jupiter Jetson, porn actress and brothel worker of eight years at Sheri’s Ranch until my abrupt termination in early February, when I was fired 24 hours after the corporate office received notice of voluntary recognition of the union I had helped organize in the face of incredibly exploitive new contracts. These contracts claimed full ownership of our power of attorney, our name/image/likeness, and any intellectual property using that name- past, present, and in perpetuity. After the Communications Workers of America (Local 9413) brought us in I realized just how much all sex workers could benefit from organizing. ME: My name is Marc Ellis. I’m the president of CWA Local 9413. The reason I’m involved and passionate about this is that I believe all legal work should be treated with dignity. Because of this our local was more than willing to help organize UBW ____ Not present for the interview: Maxine Doogan is an American sex worker, social justice and politics expert and advocate, documentarian, artist, author and media personality. For 30+ years, Maxine has regularly traveled across the U.S and abroad, providing erotic services, and working to protect and enhance the rights and conditions of sex workers. Maxine help found the Erotic Services Provider Union (ESPU), a labor rights approach sex worker rights group, the ESPLER Project which led a historic federal constitutional challenge to the anti-prostitution law in California, and Community United For Safety and Protection (CUSP), an Alaska based group of current and former sex workers, sex trafficking victims and allies, working towards the safety and protection for all in Alaska’s sex trade which also has a legal challenge to the state anti-prostitution law.
