Welcome and thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to share your story with us. It’s great to have you here! For those who might not know you yet, can you introduce yourself and give us a glimpse into the type of content you share on OnlyFans?
It’s so great to be here — thank you for having me! I’m excited for this interview. I go by Essie_Gotback because… well, as you can see, I got back and I work hard for it!
Before I ever thought about doing content, I actually earned my M.A. in Clinical Psychology and worked as a licensed therapist supporting victims of sexual exploitation and sex trafficking. I’m only 5’4”, and at one point I peaked a little over 200 pounds, so I had to develop a strong personality and real conversation skills long before I ever relied on the “calcium cannons.”
On OnlyFans, people can expect a much more intimate and genuine experience with me. I ask questions, I get to know you, and I create a space where both men and women feel comfortable enough to open up. Since I already have a lot of content on free sites, subscribers come to me for something different — something personal.
I love creating custom experiences, whether that’s roleplay, storytelling, or something playful and ridiculous. One time a fan wanted a superhero fantasy, so I dressed up as a sexy Superwoman and pretended to fly around my room rescuing innocent civilians — honestly, I had way too much fun doing that.
And of course, I still have all the classic content people expect — from soft, intimate moments to the more hardcore side of things. But no matter what, everything I do comes with my personality, my humor, and that girlfriend-experience energy my subscribers love.
How did your journey begin? Was OnlyFans always part of the plan, or did it happen organically?
Honestly, like most people, OnlyFans was definitely not part of the original plan. As I mentioned earlier, I actually started my career as a licensed therapist. I worked with victims of sexual exploitation and sex trafficking, and unpacking that level of trauma every day took a huge emotional and mental toll on me. I’m not ashamed to say that at 25, I just wasn’t ready for something so heavy.
So I did a complete 180 and went into logistics, where I suddenly found myself surrounded by truckers and all men. That job taught me real “locker-room talk” and how to have fun in a work environment — honestly, that playful energy definitely helped prepare me for where I ended up. I became the number-one salesperson in my class and was loving life… until COVID hit. My company had to let go of all new hires, and I was back to square one.
When the world opened back up, I started working bottle service at a local gentlemen’s club, and it was one of the most fun jobs I’ve ever had. I had this signature move where I’d stand on the booth and pour liquor straight into everyone’s mouths. Let’s just say the view of my Tonka-Trunk right in their face made people very eager for shots — which meant the bottles emptied fast and they ordered more. I was thriving… until the job came to an abrupt end when I ended up in an abusive relationship that led me to a domestic violence shelter.
That was my turning point. I decided to move to Texas to start fresh — and maybe find myself a Southern gentleman or a cowboy. Mmm… those tight cowboy jeans definitely didn’t hurt the decision.
In Texas, I went back to school to become a life coach, because helping people has always been my core purpose. While studying, I discovered Twitch — a huge streaming platform owned by Amazon — where, to my surprise, I could basically talk to men all day while wearing a bikini. And it was actually the fans there who convinced me to start an OnlyFans.
So no, it wasn’t planned at all. It happened organically, step by step, through some trauma, some reinvention, a lot of humor, and a whole lot of resilience. And the rest is history.

Your content feels really personal and intentional—why are you so passionate about what you do on OnlyFans?
I take a lot of pride in making my OnlyFans experience personal and intentional. When I first started, I thought it was all about collaborating and posting a ton of hot content. And don’t get me wrong — that can be fun — but I quickly realized that just throwing random spicy videos at the wall wasn’t what people truly wanted… and honestly, it wasn’t what I wanted either.
I worked so hard for my M.A. in Clinical Psychology because I genuinely wanted to help people. At some point I asked myself, “Why can’t I still do that on OnlyFans?” And it turned out… I could. I’ve found myself stepping into therapist mode more times than I can count, giving advice to both men and women. I’ve talked people through everything from introducing a third into their marriage, to how to come out as gay or bi, to navigating insecurities around intimacy.
And then on the opposite end of the spectrum, I’ll be making fun, silly content — like wedgies. I’ve definitely taken enough wedgies to last me a lifetime, and my fans still somehow want more. There’s something so human about blending the serious with the ridiculous, and it’s a big part of why my page feels so personal.
At the end of the day, what I’m passionate about is connection. Knowing that I can make someone’s day even a little bit better — whether through a laugh, a fantasy, a conversation, or a moment of vulnerability — that’s what keeps me doing what I do. I don’t just show up physically; I show up emotionally. And that’s what makes this work meaningful to me.
What’s something special you do for your fans that they might not get anywhere else?
I’m not sure if it’s wildly unique, but I definitely think it’s special: I go out of my way to make my fans feel appreciated in real, personal ways. For example, I’ll send birthday gifts to some of them — not because they ask, but because I genuinely enjoy making their day. When someone trusts me enough to share their address, I surprise them with their favorite things. I’ve sent everything from a German chocolate cake to a signed Essie_Gotback professional-level ping-pong paddle. Yes, I sign ping-pong paddles. Yes, people proudly display them. Life is fun.
Another thing I love is setting aside time to actually play video games with my fans. I am obsessed with Mario Kart. I will absolutely demolish you on the track and then trash-talk you using the elite “locker-room” vocabulary I picked up working in logistics. It’s all love… just very competitive love.
And then there are moments like the time a fan tried to teach me how to play Fortnite. Please don’t laugh — but my brain was absolutely not built for coordinating two joysticks at once. I was either running forward without moving the camera, or staring at the ceiling while standing completely still. Needless to say, that man retired from teaching me video games forever.
But honestly, doing these little things — surprising fans with gifts, playing games, sharing laughs — it builds a bond. It makes our connection feel real, not transactional. And that’s important to me. I want people to feel cared for even without having to ask.

What’s something special you do for your fans that they might not get anywhere else?
I love this question because OnlyFans has opened doors for me that I never imagined. My long-term goal has always been to help people, and that part of me will never change. Right now, I’m saving up to start my own nonprofit dedicated to supporting women who have been abused in sex work or who have survived sex trafficking. It’s something deeply personal to me, and I want to create real, direct resources for women who need a lifeline.
I feel incredibly blessed by the opportunities OnlyFans has given me, and giving back is my way of honoring that. My content might be fun and playful, but my heart is always set on making a difference.
