Important Notice Regarding Unlinked Tip Jars

Only Fans Insider Magazine (“OFI”) provides a voluntary Tip Jar feature that allows readers to send monetary tips to the authors of user-generated content published on our platform.

If the author of an article (the “Content Creator”) has not connected an eligible payment method to their Tip Jar account, any tip submitted by a reader for that article will be received and retained by Only Fans Insider Magazine. In such cases, OFI has no obligation to transfer, credit, or otherwise convey such funds to the Content Creator.

By submitting a tip to a Content Creator without a linked payment method, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The tip is non-refundable under all circumstances, including, but not limited to, the Content Creator later linking a payment method.

• The tip will not be held in escrow for the Content Creator.

• Ownership of the tip amount immediately transfers to OFI upon receipt of payment processing confirmation.

• All such tips will be allocated to the Content Creator Rights & Advocacy Fund, an internal program managed by OFI to support initiatives that protect, defend, and lobby for the rights of content creators in the adult and digital media industries.

The Content Creator Rights & Advocacy Fund is administered solely at the discretion of OFI and is not an individual payment conduit to any specific creator.

By using the Tip Jar feature, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that tips made to an unlinked Tip Jar will be used for advocacy purposes and will not be redirected to the intended Content Creator.
