Pauline Schmiechen is a Berlin-based innovator, growth strategist, and unapologetic disruptor in the creator economy. From modeling for luxury brands like Gucci to building tech platforms that empower creators, Pauline’s career has been anything but conventional.
As Co-Founder and Growth Consultant at Kotti Konsulting, Pauline helps “spicy space” companies scale big ideas, navigate social media marketing, and execute growth strategies that work in the real world. She also serves as Queen Technology Officer (QTO) for VoyeurHouse, reimagining the “Big Brother” concept in ways that put creators and audiences at the heart of the experience.
Her work in creator relations has taken her across platforms, including Fanblast, where she advised on innovative fan-creator connections, and Voiyal, an “OnlyFans for audio” startup she co-founded to monetize intimate audio content for top creators. Pauline also co-founded audienz.app, a pre-Clubhouse social audio platform built to share authentic stories, raising six-figure funding and government backing before successfully pivoting.
With a deep background in full-stack development, UX, and scaling digital communities, Pauline bridges the gap between technology and intimacy. Her mission is clear: to help creators take ownership of their content, monetize in meaningful ways, and thrive on their own terms.
