I love inspiring others to be their best at every age. That even in our fifties and older we can be healthy, active, and beautiful . We may have to work a little harder but Don’t give up! Don’t stop!
Tell us something fun—what’s a quirky or unexpected part of your content creation process?
Well, I work very hard and can become hyper focused on accomplishing goals I set. However, I do have a fun and silly side. Like silly dancing or squats in my kitchen when I hear a great song !

What do you hope your followers take away from this new chapter? Why should they be excited too?
I am very excited about this new chapter in my life! After always taking care of others for most of my life, I am having so much fun finding myself again and doing the things I love to do. This chapter is all about me and I think I have earned it.
