1. Overview
The Only Fans Insider Chapters Program is a monthly, in-person gathering designed exclusively for OnlyFans creators. It provides a safe, supportive, and structured space for creators to build real connections, share insights, and grow both personally and professionally.
Each Chapter is led by a volunteer Local Chapter Organizer (that’s you!) and hosted in a private or semi-private venue. Events are 1.5 hours long and revolve around a globally aligned discussion prompt, ensuring that all creators across the country—and eventually the world—are reflecting on the same key topic together each month.
Whether your group includes 5 or 50 creators, the purpose remains the same: to create a meaningful experience that strengthens our shared community.
2. Why Chapters Matter
Online platforms give us reach, but they don’t always give us connection. Many OnlyFans creators work alone, struggle with stigma, or lack peers who truly understand the unique challenges of content creation in this space.
That’s where Chapters come in. These monthly in-person gatherings create:
Sanctuary: a space where people “get it.”
Support: consistent community through ups and downs.
Growth: a place to learn, reflect, and evolve.
By hosting a Chapter, you’re not just leading a group—you’re anchoring a local movement. Learn more about the Chapters initiative at onlyfansinsider.com/chapters.
3. Finding a Local Venue
Your meeting space should be:
Private or semi-private
Safe and welcoming
Accessible to your community
Consider:
Co-working spaces (great for weeknight events)
Libraries or community rooms (often free)
Private rooms in restaurants or lounges
Airbnbs (for special themed events)
Creator homes (if safety and comfort are ensured)
Pro tip:
Always confirm availability 2–3 weeks in advance and visit the space before your first event. You want to feel confident in the environment you’re creating for your fellow creators.
4. Accepting & Vetting Members
We value safety and trust. OnlyFans Insider Chapters are exclusively for creators—not fans, not photographers, not managers or promoters.
To join your Chapter, members must email you with:
Their real name
Their OnlyFans URL
Their Instagram handle
A short note confirming they are a current creator and want to attend
You’ll review and confirm their profile before providing the private location of the meetup.
Maintaining a vetted and trusted list ensures that your Chapter remains a safe space.
5. Recruiting Local Creators
Creators are everywhere—you just need to reach them.
Here’s how:
Post in local Facebook Groups for creators or digital entrepreneurs
Drop posts or comments in relevant Reddit communities (r/onlyfansadvice, city-based subreddits, etc.)
DM creators you admire on Instagram, Threads, or TikTok
Post teaser flyers on Snapchat or Telegram
Join existing creator group chats and casually introduce the Chapter
Start small. Even getting 3–5 creators to your first meeting is a win. Word of mouth will do the rest.
6. Monthly Run-of-Show
Each month’s discussion topic and prompt will be posted at onlyfansinsider.com/chapters.
The flow of your meeting should follow this format:
6:30–6:50pm – Arrival & Networking: Let creators mingle, grab a drink/snack, and get settled.
6:50–7:50pm – Small Group Discussion: Break into groups of 6–8. Each group has a moderator (usually you or an assistant). Discuss the prompt, share insights, and create space for vulnerability.
7:50–8:00pm – Group Feedback & Announcements: Come back together to share a few takeaways, and let everyone know about upcoming events, media opportunities, or shoutouts.
Use music, candles, lighting, snacks—whatever helps you set the vibe. Chapters should feel sacred, relaxed, and real.
7. About the Monthly Topics
Each month, a globally shared topic and guided discussion prompt is published at onlyfansinsider.com/chapters. These topics are curated to reflect the real, lived experiences of content creators, such as: Visibility, Monetization, Rejection, Support Systems, Safety, Technology, and more.
We have one topic per month, pre-scheduled, globally so that all chapters—no matter where they are—can move in unity. This creates a collective rhythm across the entire creator ecosystem and ensures a rich, layered conversation in every location.
Here's are the topics for year one:
These topics are not lectures. They are conversation starters. They’re designed to encourage personal reflection, shared experiences, and meaningful dialogue between creators. Everyone comes with their own perspective—and by listening to each other, we build collective wisdom.
Why group conversation matters:
It reduces isolation and imposter syndrome
It reveals new strategies and solutions
It builds empathy and trust among creators
It helps normalize difficult experiences
We are not coaches. We are not experts. Only Fans Insider Magazine and our Chapter Organizers are not here to teach—we’re here to facilitate. Our job is to hold space, so that the community can learn from each other.
And when creators feel seen, supported, and safe? That’s when the real growth happens.
8. In-Person Code of Conduct
To ensure the safety and dignity of all attendees:
Absolutely NO fans, subs, agencies or affiliate businesses - This is for Content Creators ONLY
No side talk during group discussions
No selling or pitching of services or subscriptions
One person speaks at a time
Respect each other’s privacy—what’s shared in the group stays in the group
No photos or videos without permission
Remind your attendees of the rules at the start of every event.
9. Managing Violations
If someone crosses the line:
Pull them aside after the meeting and offer a clear, kind reminder of the code of conduct.
For repeated issues, send them a written note and notify the OFI team.
In serious cases, you have full authority to remove them from the group permanently.
We trust you to lead with grace, but always protect the group first.

Future Event Sales
When we launch ticketed experiences like our Awards Events, Retreats, and Creator Dinners, your Chapter will be first in line to host—and you’ll earn a portion of ticket sales.
Event Sponsorships
You can also generate income by:
✓ Partnering with local brands for food, drink, or swag
✓ Getting corporate sponsors for signage, branding, or giveaways
✓ Offering exclusive promo slots for businesses that align with creator culture
11. Recruiting Sponsorships
Local sponsorships don’t have to be complicated.
Start with:
Local cafes, drink brands, or wellness companies
Boutique agencies or co-working spaces
Local fashion, lingerie, or self-care product lines
Offer logo placement, social shoutouts, or product table space. You’d be surprised how many brands want to support your audience when you present it professionally.
12. Chapter Leader Support
You’re never alone in this. We support you with:
Monthly Chapter Organizer Team Zoom Calls
One-on-one coaching calls with Joseph
Custom promotional graphics and social templates
A dedicated Chapter page on our website
Real-time chat support via group or DM
If you ever feel stuck, just reach out. We are great to help support you and your Chapter.
13. Building Your Chapter Team
No one leads alone. We recommend you recruit 1–2 trusted assistants to help with:
Welcoming members
Facilitating breakout groups
Managing RSVPs and check-in
Handling food, setup, or cleanup
Recruiting sponsorships
Helping to vet membership
The more hands you have, the easier and more enjoyable your Chapter will be to manage.
14. Transitioning Leadership
If you ever need to step down:
Let us know at least 30 days in advance
Nominate a potential replacement from your existing group
We’ll schedule a Discovery Call with the new Organizer and support the transition
Your Chapter deserves to keep going, even when your own path changes.
15. Final Note from Joseph
I launched this Chapters program because I believe community is the core of the creator economy. You are more than a content creator—you are a leader. And your local Chapter could change someone’s life.
Thank you for your courage. Thank you for your leadership. And thank you for creating the future with us.
Cheers!
