In less than 7 months, Only Fans Insider Magazine has reached over 20.2 million readers by doing one thing exceptionally well: telling real creator stories without gatekeepers.
Now, we’re taking that momentum offline.
In 2026 and beyond, OFI is launching a slate of in-person experiences, including:
• A traveling speaker series (intimate, podcast-style events in upscale lounge environments)
• Educational retreats for creators and industry professionals
• An annual awards program celebrating leaders shaping the creator economy
To support this expansion, we’re looking for Event Sponsorship Sales Reps who know how to open doors, build relationships, and close sponsorships with brands that want cultural relevance—not banner ads.
This is an independent, commission-based role with no cap and long-term upside for the right person.

Role Overview
As an Event Sponsorship Sales Rep, you’ll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing brand sponsors for OFI’s live events and programs. You’ll work directly with men’s product brands, lifestyle brands, wellness companies, tech platforms, and agencies that want direct access to creator-led audiences.
This is not transactional ad sales.
It’s relationship-driven sponsorship selling tied to real experiences, real audiences, and real media exposure.

What You’ll Do
• Prospect and engage potential event sponsors and brand partners
• Pitch sponsorship packages tied to live events, podcast recordings, and post-event media
• Build and manage your own pipeline of brand relationships
• Collaborate with the OFI team on sponsorship concepts, activations, and integrations
Close sponsorships tied to specific cities, events, or annual programs

What We’re Looking For
Skills
• Strong outbound sales and relationship-building skills
• Confidence speaking with brand founders, CMOs, and marketing teams
• Ability to sell value, not just placements
Experience
• Background in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, media sales, or event sales is a plus
• Experience selling to consumer brands (especially men’s products, wellness, lifestyle, or tech) is highly valued
• Comfortable working independently without hand-holding
Mindset
• Self-starter mentality
• Comfortable with commission-based compensation
• Motivated by long-term upside, not short-term quotas
