Can you tell us more about yourself, your background, what you specialize in, and what continues to drive or inspire the work you do today?

I am the one who thanks you for the opportunity to speak with you and your readers. Well, my journey as a sexologist started long before my degree.

When I was a child, I suffered from illnesses countless times, and during my pre-adolescence and adolescence, I experienced abuse though I only became certain of this once I reached adulthood, since back then, parents didn't talk about these topics at home, and we didn't have the wide range of information available today with internet access.

I became a mother and was very afraid that my firstborn daughter would go through the same problem, so I decided to educate her so she could understand and protect herself when I wasn't around. Also, talking to some female friends, I discovered that many of them had been through the same problem, and most of them carried trauma from what happened. That's when the idea came up to become a professional in the field, helping other victims regardless of their gender or sexual orientation. So, I pursued a postgraduate degree in Sexology and specializations in Forensic Sexology, alongside courses in Tantra, Reiki, and Family Constellation. Through my therapy sessions, I used to recommend sex shop products to my patients that I myself had used to discover my own self-worth, body self-awareness, and pleasure. That is how the Adult Toys store came to be, and there I truly only sell products that I have personally tested and can recommend with actual knowledge!

My inspiration comes from this 'hunger' I have to help others and improve their intra- and interpersonal relationships. Being able to help people value, respect, and discover their own bodies, freeing themselves from shackles, taboos, and prejudices

Tell us more about the event you’ll be speaking at. How were you introduced to the opportunity, and what interested you most about getting involved? For readers who may not know much about the event yet, can you also share a broader overview of what the event is all about and why it’s important within the industry or community?

It was kind of magical, lol, like everything Fada does! One day, while scrolling through my feed, a post by Fada appeared. I commented on it, we started chatting via direct message, and we realized a strong connection in our thoughts regarding sexual freedom and breaking stereotypes. It was just a short step for her to invite me to be an ambassador and speaker at her event. And right in the very first edition, I had this incredible opportunity to demystify this world from the erotic scene that is so often marginalized.

It is surreal to try to describe Erotika Town in a few words, because Erotika is feeling, living, freeing yourself, getting to know yourself, fulfilling desires, and learning. Never in my journey did I imagine something so magnificent happening here in Brazil! I can only state that people and I mean all human beings should go to this event. If everyone could free themselves, acquire self-knowledge and self-love, and break free... they would take less medication, be less stressed, and feel more empowered with themselves and others
